An ex-builder and a former beautician say they are now living their "dream life" after swapping Britain for sun-soaked Bali with their young children.
Lucy Richardson shared the jaw-dropping update on the family's TikTok page, revealing a blissful "pinch me" moment inside their luxury villa.
Why did they take the huge risk?
The couple walked away from their UK life two years ago, despite having three children all under the age of four at the time.
Lucy admitted the leap was daunting, yet she insisted they simply felt they "needed to get out" and start fresh.
"We left the UK two years ago with no plan and we didn't know how we were gonna make it work, but we just knew that we needed to get out," she said.
"And now we're sitting in this beautiful villa here in Bali."
How are they funding their new lifestyle?
These days, Lucy says the pair collaborate with luxury five-star resorts, creating social media content in exchange for stays and partnerships.
Surprisingly, neither had any background in the digital world before making the move abroad.
Lucy previously worked as a beauty therapist, while her husband Paul built his career as a builder turned property developer.
She admitted starting over with no experience beyond their trades was "pretty scary" at first.
Has the move really been perfect?
Lucy acknowledged there have been "lots of ups and downs" along the way, especially during the early months of uncertainty.
However, she says the family now feel deeply grateful for the life they have built.
"I'd never have imagined that this would be our lives but it is," she said.
"And so we're feeling very very blessed!"
What do they do all day now?
In the video, Lucy also wrote: "We left the UK and now we live our dream life."
She encouraged others to be bold, adding a simple message in the caption: "Take the risk," she urged in the video caption.
Meanwhile, curious followers quickly asked how the couple earn an income.
"We do AirBnB in the UK," Lucy replied.
When asked if she ever gets "bored", she insisted: "No never."
"I spend my days with my family and doing activities I want to do."
"Rather than giving 8 hours a day to a job."
